Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of receipt. As is standard procedure with most music and software stores, due to the ease of copying the product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for non-defective goods.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return within 15 days from the date of purchase. However, all claims for return most have a Return Merchandise Authorization. To obtain a RMA contact us before returning products. Returned products shipped without an RMA number may be refused. Upon receiving the returned goods, we will determine as to wither a replacement and/or refund will be issued. It is always our goal to satisfy our customers.
Please be advised that a source of incompatibility in some older computers is that it cannot read the newer 80 minute (700MB) CD's. Another source of incompatibility is an MP3 player that can only read MP3 files encoded at a certain bit rate. Standard encoding bit rates are from 24K through 128K bits per second. In these cases, the product is not defective and will not be returnable for refund, but could be replaced with audio CD's. You will be asked to choose from the list of audio CD's within our store product list as a replacement.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
